Welcome to the website, API relay, model routing, unified API access, account management, billing and settlement, and related enterprise-grade technical services (collectively, the "Services") provided by anyrouter (domain: anyrouter.win). Before registering, logging in, accessing, calling the APIs, topping up, purchasing, or otherwise using the Services, please read carefully and make sure you fully understand these Terms of Service (these "Terms") and the Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please immediately stop accessing and using the Services.

1. Service Positioning and Eligible Users

  1. anyrouter is positioned as a provider of API relay, model routing, unified API access, billing statistics, and enterprise-grade API management services. anyrouter does not provide the Services for the purpose of storing, training on, analyzing, or reusing customers' API request content.
  2. The Services are offered solely to enterprises, social organizations, research institutions, and other organizational customers that are duly established and validly existing under applicable law. The Services are not offered to natural persons, consumers, or minors for personal use.
  3. If you register, log in, top up, or use the Services in an individual capacity, you confirm that you do so solely on behalf of the organization to which you belong or which has authorized you, and that you have obtained lawful and sufficient authorization from that organization. Otherwise, you may not register for, purchase, or use the Services.
  4. If you are unable to demonstrate that you are using the Services on behalf of a lawful organization, or if we reasonably believe that you are using the Services for personal consumption, personal entertainment, personal public publication, personal resale, or similar purposes, we reserve the right to require supplementary verification materials, restrict features, suspend the Services, freeze credits, terminate the account, or refuse to continue providing the Services.
  5. The Services are intended primarily for lawful and compliant enterprise scenarios such as internal research and development, testing, business integration, workplace productivity, data processing, knowledge management, and customer support. Without anyrouter's written consent, you may not use the Services to provide the general public directly with generative artificial intelligence services, algorithmic recommendation services, content publishing services, public Q&A services, social distribution services, or any other internet information services that may carry public-opinion attributes or social mobilization capacity.

2. Accounts, Verification, and Authorization

  1. You shall provide true, accurate, complete, and lawful registration, verification, invoicing, settlement, and corporate information, and update such information promptly when it changes.
  2. You shall properly safeguard your account, password, API keys, access tokens, secrets, callback URLs, and other credentials. All operations, requests, API calls, charges, outputs, and consequences arising through your account or credentials are deemed to have been performed by you or by personnel authorized by you.
  3. You may not share, transfer, lease, lend, or sell accounts or API keys, and you may not register accounts in bulk, split entities, impersonate others, or use false information in order to circumvent risk controls, credit limits, billing, compliance review, or regulatory requirements.
  4. If you discover any leakage, theft, abnormal calls, unauthorized access, or other security risks involving your account, API keys, or systems, you shall immediately stop the relevant calls and notify anyrouter through the channels available on the platform.

3. Models and Compliance Requirements

  1. You understand that the Services may provide model aggregation, model routing, unified APIs, call management, billing statistics, and related technical capabilities. The specific available models, providers, regions, prices, limits, performance, and stability are subject to what is actually displayed on the platform and the prevailing service status.
  2. As an API relay service, anyrouter may forward requests to the corresponding model, computing, cloud, or technical service providers in accordance with your selection, platform configuration, or system routing rules. Different models or providers may differ in their data processing rules, available regions, compliance requirements, and stability; you shall make your own selection based on your business scenario and bear the corresponding responsibility.
  3. For business, user, or data processing scenarios within mainland China, you shall select and use models, APIs, and services with priority given to — and only within — the scope permitted by laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, industry norms, and your own compliance obligations. Without anyrouter's express written confirmation, you may not use the Services to access, re-supply, repackage, market, or use offshore model services that do not comply with regulatory requirements applicable within mainland China.
  4. If your business involves generative artificial intelligence services, algorithmic recommendation services, deep synthesis services, internet information services, news information services, finance, healthcare, education, government affairs, public opinion, social mobilization, minors, personal information processing, important data, or other regulated scenarios, you shall independently complete and continuously satisfy the required licenses, filings, security assessments, algorithm filings, personal information protection impact assessments, cross-border data transfer assessments, industry approvals, and other compliance requirements.
  5. You may not represent anyrouter's technical capabilities as evidence that you have lawfully obtained algorithm filings, security assessments, administrative licenses, industry qualifications, or regulatory recognition. All filing, licensing, qualification, or regulatory obligations shall be borne, in accordance with law, by the party that actually provides services to users, controls the business scenario, determines the purposes, and processes the data.
  6. anyrouter reserves the right to restrict, suspend, retire, replace, or adjust certain models, APIs, regions, features, credits, or account privileges on the basis of laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, model provider policies, risk control, model availability, or security considerations.

4. API Request Content and Logs

  1. "API request content" as used in these Terms includes, without limitation, prompts, messages, questions, instructions, system prompts, context, conversation history, code snippets, file bodies, business data, model output bodies, and any other data submitted through the API that may reflect your actual business content.
  2. anyrouter does not persist API request content to business databases, regular logging systems, sample repositories, or training datasets; does not use your API request content to train anyrouter's own models; and does not proactively provide your API request content to third parties for model training.
  3. In the normal service flow, API request content is used solely to complete the current request — receiving the request, forwarding it, receiving the response, and returning the result. After a request completes, anyrouter does not retain such content for business storage purposes.
  4. For billing, credit statistics, security risk control, troubleshooting, anti-fraud, system stability, and compliant operations, anyrouter retains necessary service logs and call metadata, including request time, request ID, account ID, organization ID, API key identifier, endpoint path, model name or type, token usage, charges, response status, error codes, latency, source IP, User-Agent, rate-limit records, and security event records.
  5. Regular service logs do not record prompts, context, user questions, model output bodies, code content, file bodies, or the parsed bodies of images or documents. Specific processing rules are governed by the Privacy Policy.
  6. Where private deployment, dedicated channels, customized troubleshooting, content auditing, compliance record-keeping, or other special requirements necessitate changes to the way API request content is handled, the parties shall separately execute a written agreement or expressly enable the corresponding feature on the platform.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, regulatory provisions, industry norms, social morality, public order and good customs, and these Terms. You may not use the Services to engage in, or assist in, any of the following:

  1. Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, or harming national honor and interests;
  2. Promoting terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, cults, or feudal superstition, or undermining ethnic solidarity or religious policy;
  3. Generating, disseminating, or processing illegal or harmful information, including obscenity and pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, incitement to crime, fraud, rumors, fake news, false identities, or false investment advice;
  4. Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, reputational rights, privacy rights, personal information rights and interests, portrait rights, name rights, property rights, or other lawful rights and interests;
  5. Uploading, inputting, processing, or transmitting state secrets, work secrets, trade secrets, important data, core code, undisclosed financial data, customer records, sensitive personal information, data subject to confidentiality obligations, or data you are not authorized to process;
  6. Using the Services for model training, data scraping, bulk crawling, reverse engineering, circumvention of security mechanisms, attack testing, malicious code generation, vulnerability exploitation, spam, traffic inflation, bonus abuse, billing circumvention, or disruption of system stability;
  7. Using the Services for high-risk automated decision-making, or relying on model output as the sole or decisive basis in scenarios such as medical diagnosis, legal opinions, financial investment, personal safety, public safety, or critical infrastructure;
  8. Reselling, distributing, re-supplying, embedding, white-labeling, publicly offering, or otherwise providing the Services to third parties, directly or in disguised form, without lawful authorization;
  9. Any other conduct that violates laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, industry norms, platform rules, or model provider policies.

6. Generated Content and Boundaries of Responsibility

  1. Model outputs involved in the Services may contain errors, omissions, bias, outdated information, fabrications, or content that is incomplete, inapplicable, or non-compliant with legal requirements. Model outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, audit, engineering, safety, compliance, or other professional advice.
  2. You bear full responsibility, in light of your own business scenario, for the API request content, calling methods, model selection, output results, downstream use, public release, human review, audit trails, and risk control.
  3. If you use model outputs for internal decision-making, customer deliverables, product features, public release, commercial promotion, contract performance, automated processing, or other actual business, you shall carry out sufficient review, testing, validation, and human verification.
  4. Any illegal or non-compliant conduct, infringement, business losses, data breaches, regulatory penalties, third-party claims, or other consequences arising from the use of the Services by any individual or unauthorized party shall be borne by the actual user and the organization to which such user belongs or which authorized such user. anyrouter reserves the right to cooperate with investigations by regulatory, judicial, or administrative authorities in accordance with law, and to pursue liability.

7. Data Security and Privacy

  1. You shall ensure that the data you submit to, transmit through, or process with the Services has a lawful source, sufficient authorization, a legitimate purpose, and a necessary scope, and that you have fulfilled, in accordance with law, your obligations regarding notification, consent, contractual arrangements, data classification and grading, personal information protection, data security, and confidentiality review.
  2. Even though anyrouter does not store API request content, you should not submit to the Services any state secrets, work secrets, important data, sensitive personal information, non-anonymized customer data, data subject to regulatory restrictions, trade secrets, core code, or any data you are not entitled to submit, unless you have obtained lawful authorization and ensured that the relevant processing complies with laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, contractual arrangements, and platform requirements.
  3. anyrouter will process, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the necessary account information, order information, billing records, call metadata, security logs, and other information required to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Services.
  4. You shall bear sole responsibility for any data leakage, loss, dispute, or liability caused by your improper safekeeping of accounts, API keys, access credentials, callback URLs, terminal environments, or third-party systems.

8. Fees, Credits, and Refunds

  1. The Services are digital technical services offered to enterprise customers. The specific billing methods, prices, plans, credits, validity periods, settlement cycles, invoicing rules, and restrictions are subject to the platform pages, orders, contracts, or documents otherwise confirmed by the parties.
  2. Sign-up, trial, or complimentary credits are provided solely for enterprise evaluation, testing, and validation, and do not constitute any commitment by anyrouter regarding service availability, model performance, business fit, or long-term supply.
  3. Before topping up, purchasing, or activating the Services, you should fully test whether the Services meet your business needs. Except where mandatorily provided otherwise by laws and regulations, expressly promised by the platform, or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, no refunds are available for consumed credits, activated services, virtual goods, customized services, or resource occupation fees.
  4. anyrouter bears no refund or compensation liability where the Services are suspended or terminated, or credits are frozen, as a result of non-compliant use, risk-control restrictions, regulatory requirements, provider policies, account anomalies, fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

9. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination

  1. anyrouter will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the continuity and security of the Services, but does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free, or that they will fully satisfy your specific needs.
  2. anyrouter shall not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential liabilities arising from service interruptions, delays, errors, data loss, or feature limitations caused by system maintenance, upgrades, network failures, power failures, third-party provider failures, model retirement, insufficient credits, regulatory requirements, hacker attacks, malicious calls, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to anyrouter.
  3. If you breach these Terms, laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, platform rules, or model provider policies, or engage in conduct that may harm anyrouter, other customers, third parties, the public interest, or system security, anyrouter is entitled to immediately take measures including restricting calls, suspending the account, terminating the Services, deleting unlawful information, freezing balances, refusing refunds, preserving evidence, and reporting to the competent authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. The intellectual property rights and lawful interests in the anyrouter website, APIs, SDKs, documentation, pages, trademarks, logos, system architecture, technical solutions, software code, databases, operational data, and related materials belong to anyrouter or the relevant rights holders.
  2. Without anyrouter's written permission, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, mirror, counterfeit, or otherwise use anyrouter's technology, content, marks, or services.
  3. You retain your rights in the input content, business data, and your own work products that you lawfully own; however, you authorize anyrouter to process the relevant data within the scope necessary to complete the current API relay, model routing, response return, billing statistics, security risk control, and troubleshooting.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. anyrouter makes no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, applicability, stability, continuity, commercial value, or fitness for a particular purpose of model outputs.
  2. Except where mandatorily provided otherwise by law, you shall bear any loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, loss of goodwill, third-party claims, regulatory penalties, substitute service costs, or other indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
  3. This site is a channel for API model services, and the supply of certain resources is subject to uncertainties such as supply fluctuations, upstream resource adjustments, or temporary concurrency changes. The platform makes no commitment regarding service stability, continuous availability, request success rates, response latency, or concurrency capacity. Before integrating the Services into your product or production business, please carry out your own stability engineering iterations. If model outputs prove unstable, you should first review and assess them yourself and bear the corresponding risks.

12. Updates to These Terms

anyrouter reserves the right to update these Terms in light of business adjustments, laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, model provider policies, or risk-control needs. Updated Terms will be published on anyrouter.win or the relevant platform pages and take effect on the date of publication, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, amendment, and termination of these Terms, as well as the resolution of disputes hereunder, are governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
  2. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; failing such resolution, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where anyrouter primarily conducts its business.

14. Miscellaneous

  1. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any written contract, order, data processing agreement, confidentiality agreement, or supplementary agreement separately executed by the parties, the document separately executed by the parties and expressly given priority shall prevail.
  2. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining parts shall not be affected.
  3. Headings are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
